List of winners of the Provincial Quality Awards of Henan Province over the years 

The Provincial Governor's Quality Award of Henan Province is an award established by the Henan Provincial People's Government. In order to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, vigorously implement the strategy of promoting quality in the province, continuously enhance the quality awareness of the entire society, guide and motivate all industries in the province to strengthen quality management, improve the overall quality level, promote industrial revitalization, further enhance the comprehensive economic competitiveness of Henan Province, accelerate the realization of the rise of the Central Plains region, and accelerate the development of the economy of Henan Province, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Decision of the Henan Provincial People's Government on Implementing the Strategy of Promoting Quality in the Province" (Yu Zhi [2009] No. 61), and in combination with the actual situation of Henan Province, the "Management Measures for the Provincial Governor's Quality Award of Henan Province" has been formulated. 
On August 4, 2025, the Office of the People's Government of Henan Province issued a notice. According to the relevant regulations of the "Measures for the Management of the Provincial Governor Quality Award" and the "Patent Reward Measures of Henan Province", the selection work for the 2025 Provincial Governor Quality (Patent) Award was officially launched. The notice stipulates that by August 15, organizations and individuals meeting the application conditions can download the application materials for the Provincial Governor Quality (Patent) Award from the "Announcements and Notices" section of the Henan Market Supervision Administration's official website, and submit them to the local municipal market supervision department for preliminary review as required. After the preliminary review, qualification review, expert evaluation, review by the award committee, and approval by the Henan Provincial Government, the Henan Provincial Government will issue the award decision and present certificates, trophies, etc. to the winning organizations and individuals.
